Forest Road 21S50 and the Storm

Here is the latest information about Forest Service road 21S50, the North Road, with regards to the recent storm passing through. The road was opened earlier this week, but snow has once again returned. The road is now closed and, depending on how fast it melts will determine when the road can open. The weather is already beginning to warm rather quickly here in the valley. It will be mid 90’s through the weekend, so snow should melt rather quickly. If you want the latest information you can always check this website or call the Western Divide Ranger District office at 559-539-2607 and then dial 0 for the front desk.
