Fire Restrictions Reduced, Not Eliminated

In response to the decreasing fire danger, the Sequoia National Forest and Giant Sequoia National Monument have reduced fire restrictions, effective immediately.  Campfires and charcoal barbecues will once again be permitted inside most developed campgrounds and other designated areas.

The Forest Order with further details can be read in the PDF -> HERE. Golden Trout Wilderness is listed in Exhibit B.
